I recently called "The Interior Gallery "for information about replacing a toilet seat. I called a total of four times, spoke with Shelley twice, spoke with Rachel once and do not remember the fourth name.
Needless to say, no one returned my call or emailed. I had selected a seat from their catalogue and wanted the measurements. I can't imagine actually doing business with someone that doen't bother to return a call about a possible sale. I recently decided to check out their reviews and after taking a look I am so happy I did not end up ordering anything from this company!
We had actually considered ordering a new toilet if we were unable to locate a replacement seat. I can now just imagine what the outcome would be if we place an order and there was a problem.
